About Bhutan Paragliding

Karma Tshering: Managing Director
Karma is Bhutan’s first paragliding pilot. Having learnt to fly in the Nepal Himalayas he returned to his country to develop the sport.
He has been working in Adventure Tourism  for the past 11 years and his experience, guiding, orgainising and managing groups is the foundation for all our flying tours.
His knowledge of his country and it’s flying locations mean you are in safe hands.

Adam Hill: European Director,
Adam has been flying and exploring the Himalayas since 1994. As Director of Himalayan Paragliding, formerly Sunrise Paragliding Nepal, he has introduced hundreds of pilots to the adventure of flying in these mountains. His expedition experience is the backbone to Bhutan Paragliding.

Ajay Kumar:
Nationality: Indian
Age: 29
Flying since: 1993
Experience: Indian Champion 2004,  1st Nepal Open 2004. Runs own paragliding school in Manali during off season in Nepal.

Hobbies: Enfield motor bikes, cricket.
